There is a great deal of flooding and wind damage in Chautauqua County after a series of thunderstorms moved though western, NY since Sat. Gov. David A. Paterson declared a State Disaster Emergency for Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties in the wake of heavy thunderstorms and flooding that took two lives and caused extensive damage and disruption during the last two days.
